A watercolour exhibition 'Watercolour Vistas' by Group Captain M R Anand, winner of the Vayu Sena medal, will be displayed at Chitrakala Parishath from April 19 to 23.

After working with oil and acrylic, he has chosen to specialise in water colours and landscapes and his portraits have won wide acclaim. In this exhibition, his watercolours bring alive the beauty of nature and its vistas around us. From bullock carts navigating through a countryside and a peaceful scenery with cliffs in the background to fisherboats plying in the Ganges and the shady avenues in Bengaluru, the artist manages to capture everything to perfection on his
canvas.
